After my last blog I thought it was time to do a little more outside of the box and do a strictly female blog with a bit of fun and humor; with that said instead of my usual chicanery dressing up as my favorite clown, I decided to switch it up and go the route of his favorite partner in crime. That’s right, Brena is dressed up as the “Maid of Mischief”, Harley Quinn.

My love for comics runs deep and every now and then I like to do my best within some of the restrictions and over the last year or so there have been some really good facsimile products that can be put together to make any girl look like the “Cupid of Crime” and the most recent version (which I am giving an homage to) Margo Robbie’s portrayal in SUICIDE SQUAD (and I recall making a reference to the film in my last post).

It just so happens that I am able to cover The Seasons Story summer round via the “Nana” skin by Go&See. I really think that these skins are rather cute and because Brena enjoys being pale most times their skin tones are perfect for the type of pics I take with her in them. I paired this with the “Harley Q” make-up that was a previous release (I believe from last year) but it is perfect to go along with a new skin by the brand.

There is also a skin that was made during the same time the make-up was released but I chose to go with something recent when I was putting the look together despite the fact it’s also a very good skin.

While you can only see the top portion of the outfit, Blueberry & Grixdale put together a Gacha for one of the rounds of The Epiphany (I believe but don’t quote me on it exactly) with various color versions of Harl’s outfit but the RARE’s (including the jacket and panties) are the most screen authentic. For anyone who wants to do Cosplay in the virtual world as Harley this is one of the best ways to do it.

This is definitely not a super long blog post and I’m sure long time readers will be a bit happy about that so I’m going to forward you to the credits and start brainstorming for the next scene. Putting fun (or just funny) scenes together is something I do like to do even though most of the time it seems like everything on this blog is super serious. I like to try and show a little bit of everything when I can so that’s what I’ve got going on in this post. I’d say that I came into contact with this song that I’m using for the soundtrack of the blog about maybe 3-4 months ago when I was traveling and listening to the radio. I thought that it was a really upbeat type of song even though some of the lyrics to it are a bit deep and maybe even troubled. I have at times felt this way in my life and I’m sure many others have too but there’s always someone in our life that brings our spirits up and we might not have seen them recently.

This is dedicated to those people because no matter how long time passes between visits or communication they always have that special place.

As my coverage for my first round as an official blogger of The Men Jail is winding down, I have several different items that are making an appearance here because I wanted to get as much as I could in when it was applicable. The event has such a variety of things so choosing what to show has been a bit of a struggle for me but in a good way. I hear things from others saying that they have hard time blogging items from events because it doesn’t fit what they do or whatever the reason might be but I am of the mentality that I can make just about anything work and I’m going to try win, lose, or draw.

Poses are something that you can always easily apply to a photo because it’s essentially a lifeblood to help you capture something unique (unless you are a landscape or decorative blogger than that does not apply) and {Phantom Animations} latest release “Cart Saga” definitely fits the bill. “Cart Saga” is definitely something fun as who doesn’t remember goofing around in their youth at the grocery or at the local retail chain goofing off with the carts with siblings or friends. It’s very possible that adults may attempt to do this as well to a lot less favorable outcome.

As a part of my look I’m wearing the Purfect “Mesh Beard A 012” which when it comes to mesh beards I figured I’d be tweaking it or trying to tweak it so much that I’d end up getting frustrated and giving up and wouldn’t end up using it but this beard was super easy to do a simple tweak and it fit my face “purfectly” ok that was a bad pun but I have to throw one in there now and then. I seriously like this beard and it’s not so much a hipster style beard and for a moment before I added hair to my look I thought I kinda had the “Eric Young” look going on (if you have no idea who he is hit up Google to learn more about him!)

My third and final item is from another brand that I’ve heard of but like Purfect is making it’s first appearance here on the blog. MP Style has been around for a while but for some reason I just haven’t gotten around to showing any of their stuff until their TMJ item “Bruno White Shorts” and could also quality as a Bermuda pant as they go past the knee. I am a fan of any short that doesn’t go too far above the knee like your inner thighs have swallowed the material and I know that some people like that style but I don’t feel it looks right on me.

Fortunately I’m able to show off the latest Modulus hair from The Men’s Department with over a week left in the round. Hopefully in the near future I’ll be able to get myself together with taking photos and getting them posted but sometimes my energy levels suck and I just can’t force myself to post something because then I’ll hate it and if I don’t like it how are the brands I am blogging going to like it? It’s a multifaceted process and I’ve made it goal after posting something that I realize I wasn’t feeling 100% to never consider “phoning it in” again.

The “Joey” hair is a short to mid length style that is combed off to the right, I have the sides and back of my head shaved to give it more depth. Hair is another thing much like facial hair that sometimes needs a bit of resize tweaking to look it’s best on you and I didn’t have to do much of that with this product or usually any of Modulus’ hairs.

For this particular scene I’m wearing a tone from the Browns pack as that’s been my signature hair color as of late.

I was also able to get the credits from my buddies look and can tell you that I may have to take a trip to Men Only Monthly to get the A&D “Gregory” shirt because it looks pretty cool. He’s also wearing the latest group gift from Akeruka which is the “Leon” fully loaded Deluxe Mesh Head…yes that’s right you can join their group (it costs only 150L) and you can take home a fully functional mesh head but there’s a catch (as most of the time there is) and that is it is for a limited time only so you have to get to their main location before the 1st of July otherwise you’ll miss out!

My last featured product that also comes from The Men’s Department event are the “Zoe” Sneakers from Native Urban. Don’t let the name fool you this are unisex shoes that you can wear and use for exercising, jogging, or just hanging out with your favorite people. I love that the Fatpack version has so much customization and sure in this photo I played it safe to match my outfit but I can always do something really different in future looks. Native Urban really has a good sneaker game and I’m pretty strict about my footwear.

It’s one of the things that easily gets my excitement level up when the beginning of the month starts because I know that new and great guy stuff will be near.

Now that I’ve run out of wind I feel I got a bit heavy handed with writing this entry and could have probably went further but I don’t want to overkill anyone that might be reading or visiting for the first time. I’m going to take a few days and get back into the swing of things and you’ll see something new over the weekend or the beginning of the week (possibly both).
