From time to time I just get these thoughts in my head about something I want to create visually for the blog but the fact is that some of it can be rather strange. Take for instance the blog I did where I introduced the world to “Chicken Stick” who was a man with a barbed wire bat and a chicken head who liked to randomly hang out around supermarkets at night after close and harass the employees.

Well in that vein I am at it again but with the help of the brand, katat0nik, I am bringing into the world The Creeps who are a take on Agony and Irony (only with creepy clown sack masks on their heads). I find it funny that a week or so after I came up with this idea in my head (either from a dream or just something random) because I found the masks on the Marketplace and had to have them, I start seeing these commercials for a sequel to an older movie, The Strangers, which had some random creepy people stalking a trailer park home or something. I don’t remember the complete details because I was doing something else when I saw the commercial. I just found it both strange and humorous how things like that happen.

After showing my brother Ethan the “Intruder Happy Clown” mask, he went to the katat0nik store to play the machine to get one for himself so I told him he could come be a part of the shoot that I had planned and gave him a slight idea about what it was going to be. He loved it but the only thing we needed was a female to terrorize (as aren’t most horror movies that way?” Luckily we were able to get our sister Sweet in on the fun so what makes this great for me is the photo shoot turned out to be a family affair which with various schedules we all have is not something that always happens.

Modulus was cool enough to release the “Macabre Alleyway” as a store release as it was at one time an exclusive only to the now defunct “Swag Bag” subscription service for guys. I fondly remember doing a collab with Nile Austin of the Double Trouble blog during the original blog post and I thought that was pretty good and creepy but with a new lease on life to those just being able to get their hands on this backdrop I had to up the anti on the creep factor and I feel like I did that. Kudos to you Chucky for bringing a great pose prop to the masses and allowing me to come up with something even more disturbing!

Most of my wardrobe are not new event items but they are very recent and are what I would consider new to store releases. Depending on the situation and if anyone I have in my blogs is wearing new event items I usually post their styles as well but neither Ethan or Sweet are but if anyone sees something they are interested in then don’t hesitate to drop me a line and I’ll get the information to you. This is one blog that doesn’t hold credits hostage!!!

I‘m a hooded sweatshirt guy (aka hoodie as most call them now) and I’ve really been digging the one that Lenox released not too long ago. It seems that a lot of the time they put out a release and if I like it then I just jump head first and get the FATPACK because I never truly known until the last minute what color I’m going to wear with it. For those of you that might not have it and are contemplating giving it a shot and are a fan of options as I am, the “Zip Hoodie” has 12 different colorways to choose from (11 solids and camo). This product is designed to fit Belleza, Signature (Gianni), and TMP male mesh bodies.

Since I was going with a with a random look for my creep, I had purchased the “Rutig” pants during TMD last month but couldn’t get this shoot pulled together before now. The thing I like best about these as they are like flared slacks and as a bonus for getting the FATPACK they offer 3 other patterns as a bonus to those who go all out. There are 7 different patterns that are sold individually (and 3 as a part of the FATPACK) which give you an option of 10 different styles of pants you can wear. Of the variety that is included I would wear all of them (and you might see them pop up again if an outfit calls for it) due to the fact that other than the checkered print that I have on now, there are plaids I really am very fond of. A job well done by Boys To The Bone who also made one of the hoodies I wore in a previous blog entry (that was not all that long ago). Fits for this product include Belleza and Signature (Gianni) male mesh bodies.

The RAINYDAY boots by VALE KOER were the perfect final touch for my look because I figured that someone that is creepy such as IRONY creep would be wearing boots like this. I’m not sure how well they are going to help with chasing down the potential victim but if he’s had plenty of practice then I’m sure they wouldn’t hinder him too badly. These may not be in the store quite yet but definitely check out other great VALE KOER footwear as you await their arrival.

To truly appreciate the creepiness of this blog entry I figured I would thrown in a better closeup of the “Inavader Happy Clown” Mask by katat0nik, which you can try to play the gacha machine for at their store. There are other great and interesting masks in the set so that is something I would highly recommend for those of you that are a little different like myself.

Without the help of both LOVEmeBRUTAL and LW Poses, my idea would not have been possible as the poses used from those two stores helped narrate the visual. Where else would you find two weird masked creepy clowns leap frogging over one another as they chase a woman down an insanely grungy alleyway that looks about as warped as the men themselves? Maybe in a horror movie perhaps?

One last thing as I wrap this up, I felt like the title of the song I used as the soundtrack to this post was appropriate for the narrative as well (as well as it is a really fun song to play in the Rock Band series of games but not easy to sing for those who are not great at French haha!) I’m looking forward to getting this posted and hitting social media so I can get ready for my coverage of TMD, FaMESHed, and of course the much anticipated SKIN FAIR!!!!

After my last blog post which was something out of the ordinary for me, I’ve been getting a lot of feedback and all of it has been positive. Which has really put a smile on my face knowing that people are seeing my work and talking to me about it. Trying different things like that is what being an artist is all about and sometimes the risks you take work and sometimes they don’t. I’ve been happier with what I’ve been able to post here since the beginning of the year.

February is a month that hosts Valentine’s Day and it’s not everyone’s cup of tea mostly because of how commercialized it’s become. I think there are ways to honor it without being over the top just by finding simple ways of showing your significant other such as telling them how much you appreciate them. One of the things I’ve been enjoying is doing photos with Rosalie and being able to display them here every now and again; even though this is a male fashion oriented blog but it’s nice to have that women’s touch.

For a while I’ve wanted to use the song I chose as this the soundtrack for this blog entry. It’s been tucked away in my memory and in my trusty notebook of ideas that I keep in my desk and it’s just been waiting for the right time and now was the perfect time with some of the things I pulled together to complete the scene.

Surprisingly this didn’t take a lot of fuss to put together and it helps that Rosalie puts together excellent outfits so that when I ask for her assistance I never have to direct her; it is almost effortless other than setting up the right angles and getting the lighting the way I want it. I feel that with the backdrop of the bowling alley that it makes for a great scene of a date night between two people who are very much one at heart.

To complete my look I used mostly all of the same visage as the last look (minus the lipstick and am wearing the regular Aaron skin as opposed to the baby face version). The clothing is mostly things I had in my closet save for the hooded sweatshirt which is a new item from Kustom 9, which it’s been a long time since I’ve purchased something from there so it’s nice to scatter my posts with items from different events to help get people their shopping on.

Rosalie is wearing mostly the same visage as most of her posts save for the hair; as for her clothing she has a double helping of her favorite brand, Neve, which her jacket/shirt combo is a new item that can be found at the Uber event.

As an afterthought I should have color coordinated with her better but then again I don’t really think we’re that kind of couple that has to match with everything we wear as I find that just a tad bit odd but I’m not against it either by any means. It just isn’t the type of style we go with.

What really brought this idea to me was the latest couples pose from my friends at Image Essentials who provided me with the first pose in their “Sweet Nothings” series of poses in which this one is available at the Truth Or Dare Affair 3 event that just started a couple of days or so. It really does capture the title of the pose as it is a very sweet couples pose that shows closeness and love between two people.

Another blog entry is in the books as I continue my journey to my next milestone and it shouldn’t be too far before I accomplish it as ideas seem to keep coming in more and more each day and I keep writing notes so I don’t forget them. Time for me to wrap this up so I can get back to working on the next scene in a day or so.

This hoodie had me agonizing on if I should get just one or purchase the whole thing. After milling around I finally decided to get the FATPACK which I’m sure doesn’t surprise anyone. There were just too many options that I liked for me to turn it down even if I thought it was a bit pricey as it seems most FATPACKS have become as of late. It comes with a HUD that gives you the ability to change nearly all the parts of the hoodie (which gives you so many options). I definitely recommend this to anyone who tends to wear a lot of this type of apparel.

One of the things I really like about the HME is that it’s not just clothing, there’s skins and shapes and tattoos and even poses as well as backdrops like this one. Rosalie and I both enjoy going on a bowling date every once in a while and this reminded me of that so I thought it would be a fun photo capture for the both of us and easier to use than trying to go to an actual alley and do a shoot. One of the touches I liked were on the sides of the walls with the neon signs which I thought were clever and well planned out. Combined with the Image Essentials pose it was a great setting and came together well.

One of the things I like best about this pose (and obviously I don’t use couples poses often) is that the angle of the pose you are able to see both the male and females faces as some poses normally lose that and with hairstyles sometimes covering up even more than that it makes it hard to see what the couple is truly expressing. Kay Weston is a very competent pose maker in the fact that she gets it right. Not just with couples poses, with the variety that Image Essentials releases which is why I am proud to be a blogger for them and create scenes which sometimes are not ones you would expect.

Hello once again, great to have you back to check out what I’ve got for the latest in fashion and etc. here at These Conversations Kill. For this installment you’re going to get a little more from The Men’s Department and We Love RP, and you’ll also see The Project Se7en at work as well.

One thing I noticed lately as I’ve browsed Flickr feeds and seen postings on Facebook and the like is that a lot of people were taking snaps at a place called “The Last Forever” so I decided I needed to give it a look through and let me tell you there are locations all over this sim that could give me a lot of ideas to work with. Likely you’ll see me make it back there for another session or more.

Clef de Peau has released a newer body applier for their skins that work with [SIGNATURE] Gianni and also the new NX-Nardcotix “David” body. They’ve brought these appliers out starting at the current round for The Men’s Department along with a Catwa “Daniel” based version of their “Mathieu” skin. Like with just about all my CdP skins, I chose the T2 body tone because I feel like it’s the best representation of what I want myself to look like on the Grid when I’m wearing this creator’s skin. You also get a body shape included in the package. This time however, the eyebrow shaper is absent but who doesn’t have those lying around that they can just throw in. The skin is also browless but you can purchase some from the event as well to complete your facial look.

The Jeans I am wearing come from The Men’s Dept. as well and are the “STEFOV” from [ VERSOV ]. The best thing about these jeans is that if you own any of the shoes from this creator they are compatible with them and you won’t have to worry about trying to fit them or be frustrated by any sort of clipping as can happen with some products not working well together. The package comes with sizes for the following: [SIGNATURE] Gianni, SLink Physique, and TMP mesh bodies.

When you see a store put out three separate exclusives to an event you know that they’ve put a lot of time and effort into bringing you some of their best work. MESANGE is one of those brands that is constantly pushing and creating captivating eyes for both everyday practical use and also for those who like to immerse themselves into the fantasy parts of the grid. The “Bering Sea Eyes” are the third and last exclusive from We Love RP for the current round. There are 15 different tones and if you cannot just choose one then why not get the full pack which is well worth the price. With the included HUD you can either change the included mesh eyes or if you have ones that are Omega Compatible you will be able to change those as well.

Baseball caps on the grid are usually hit and miss but I stumbled upon a really good product made my BOYS TO THE BONE at The Project Se7en event which is celebrating its 1 year anniversary so congrats to the folks who put the event on for all of us to enjoy. I bought the full pack for this so I could get all of the color options and patch options on the front panel. There are tons of combinations that can be made with it so you’re never wearing the same cap twice (providing you don’t find your favorite and leave it that way)

The “Men Only Hunt” is in its ninth installment this year with a plethora of great designers and items. You may remember the first coverage I did of this was the MESANGE product. I’m back with another new one and this time it is by Avi-Glam.

Avi-Glam is usually a store that you can find skin and eyes for both males and females but this time they’ve gone out of their comfort zone by releasing the “Acid Washed” Jacket. If you are lucky enough to find this prize, it contains standard sizes so you may have to do some adjusting to your avatar depending on how your body is structured. I managed to wear a medium and with using the alpha cuts on my Gianni body were able to make it fit great.

The Hunt is active throughout the whole month of April so there’s plenty of time to find this item as well as the other 47 that are available at this time.
