We’re now a few days into October, which is my favorite month of the year simply because it’s the month with which Halloween takes place. This particular entry is not Halloween themed but I plan on weaving them into the looks that I put together this month up until the day itself. This is probably the month out of the year where I feel like I’m as creative as I truly can be even if I feel inspired by looks or locations and also poses as well (which is the case for this entry).

This skin reminds me of the frontman of a band that I like which makes it that much cooler for me to wear it and feature it. You have the choice of 5 different skin tones and it comes with an included brow and body shape. The applier HUD is strictly for the LeLutka Andrea mesh head and has brow and facial hair options for those who want enjoy those features (which I am a fan of skins having facial hair options). This skin can be found at their main store location.

For as long as I can recall, even before I was a blogger…I’ve been a fan of Fe Style. I started out by reading Kev Brunswick’s blog and when he began releasing various items I was immediately a fan. Now that I’m hooked on wearing the Belleza body I’m happy that he’s making items that fit like this shirt I’m wearing. There are 12 different choices of shirt with a mix of solid colors to some with graphics on them such as the one I have on. You can purchase them separately or you can buy the FATPACK at a discounted price. It’s definitely high on my casual t-shirt look list, definitely top five to be honest. This shirt fits classic avi’s sizes XS-XL, as well as Adam, Belleza, Signature, SLink, and TMP male mesh bodies.

These pants were originally at an event (which normally I’d remember but apparently I have a case of CRS). There was a shirt that was sold along with it as well but I chose to wear the one I have one because I sometimes I like splitting up my outfit between more than one brand so I’m not just focused on one thing. If you are an owner of an Adam, Belleza, Signature, SLink, TMP these should work for you. There is also sizes XS through XL for classic avatars.

Of course I managed to find a pair of sneakers at Men Only Monthly that fit my tastes. These are made by Belleza for Belleza so there should not be any sizing issues whatsoever. There are three different colors to choose from (Black, Brown, and Tan) and are very good for casual looks like this.

This pose and prop are inspired by Alice In Wonderland or so I believe (I could be wrong and if anyone wants to correct me I have no problem with that). I felt like it worked well with a song I’ve wanted to use as a theme for a while so it ended up turning out pretty well. I needed to do a little shape editing as I believe it was properly created for a gals use but I like to try and go outside of the norm and this was not only a sponsored item but very very useful! Mad Circus is not yet open but I will update this post once it has opened with a link where to check it out.

It has finally arrived, the moment many fellas on the grid have been waiting for and now it is here. This past weekend Belleza released their first ever male mesh body: Jake. This omega friendly body could be just the thing everyone needs. With a easy to use HUD and millions of alpha cuts to ensure clothing fits just perfectly, it is hard to go wrong with this body. The package comes with an applier for the Catwa Daniel head to match the included skins tones within the HUD. There is even a spot in the HUD where you can store saved body appliers that you love so you don’t have to dig into your inventory to find it and put it on. While I have not tested tattoos on it yet, I have tried several different skins using the Omega Applier system from Love n Lust. Please note that at the time of writing, the kit for Belleza is located in the women’s section of the Omega store.

This body has a lot to offer and takes things that other bodies have or have lacked and made this possibly one of the best, along with the [SIGNATURE] Gianni model. I can surely see myself switching between these two depending on the types of products that get released. If you have not had the chance, take a stroll to the Belleza store and grab a demo and see for yourself how versatile this product is.

Sometimes I like doing fantasy or horror themed shoots and I think this could easily file under that category. I managed to find quite a few things at the Memento Mori event that is currently taking place until the 27th of May. It is where I found both the “Blood Drink” and “Blood Drainer” to help aid with my vampiric activities. The Drink comes with several ways to display it. As you can see in the photos there is a mouth version, also in the package is a holdable version for both left and right handed people.

Finding eyes to match the overall feel of this look was relatively easy. I received a review copy of the “Undead Eyes” from Go&See that is currently available for a little bit longer at The Dark Style Fair 4. There are 10 different horror centric iris choices to choose from and are compatible with Catwa eyes only. If you play a vampire, zombie, or any type of creature in role-play settings then I urge you to give these a try. There is literally nothing to lose by doing so!

The skin I am wearing is a specialty skin by the brand ^^Swallow^^, it is simply called “Bloody” and comes in just the ivory tone which is one of their palest complected skins that they offer. It has four applier options with two different styles. The regular skin with brows (and one without) as well as a blood splattered version with brows (and without).

I am wearing a recently released product from [BODY FACTORY] which is called “Destruction”. These leather type jeans come in Standard Sizing but I find with the alpha cuts on the Belleza body they fit perfectly without any type of clipping or needing to use what is called “post production magic”. If I would have to describe this product it would be like a cross between leather jeans and cargo pants with some chords to make it different from other items you see out on the market.

Honorable mentions for this look are the “Tommy” hair from Exile and also the “Dylan” pose pack from XXY Poses. I’ve also included the look of my lovely assistant below in the credits as well for those of you gals who might be interested as well.

Sometimes you just become so inspired that everything falls into place and this particular entry is proof of that. When the “Dae-Na” skin was released at March/April round of Shiny Shabby it peaked my interest. I consider myself a casual fan of Asian culture but I am particularly fond of kantana’s along with codes of honor and loyalty. It also happened that the RE: Japonica event also came at the same time as I was mentally putting this idea together and I finally set the time aside to paint a story.

Normally I don’t get too much into the ideas of what I put together and allow the readers themselves to decide what they think the piece is about based on the song choice for the theme and other visual cue’s. However, this time I’ll elaborate a little more into the thought process of what went into this photo session.

The main character suffered a tragic loss when his village was plundered by an opposing faction, leaving only himself and a small handful of people as survivors. He dedicates his life to becoming a weapon of revenge and when the time is right he seeks out the ones that took the life of his family and their village.

Once he finds them he strategically takes them out one by one until he’s the only one left. Upon returning to the remnants of his village bloodied, bruised, and broken; he realizes that revenge would not bring his family back or make him whole once again. It is this moment that is captured in the photos that you see in this entry.

The kimono that I’m wearing that is available at the RE: Japonica event is from Gabriel, who is a top designer on the grid and one that I like to feature whenever I see something that works for my ideas.

I’m also wearing the [Body Factory] Kombat Katana in the first photo. I removed it for the second as I felt the character would have taken it off as he settled into his kneeling pose.

For hair I have on the “Kai” hair by Tableau Vivant. It’s been in my closet waiting to be used and I finally found that right moment to utilize it. It has the main hair and also an add on part for the bottom which I used as well even though the angles I used did not show that fact.

Also appearing for a second time are the “Nova” eyes from Go&See and previously I had used the blue tone but I thought I would go for the green color for this because it just seemed to fit in my mind.

There are also two items that came from the marketplace for this entry. Izzie’s “Face and Body, Blood and Wounds” fit just perfectly for the broken warrior returning home. I’m sure it is likely available in her main location but I purchased it off the marketplace because it was what was the most suitable in my search. Also for the warrior’s kneel pose I found that at Thrust Poses in their “Kneel Pose Pack” it comes with 6 poses and some of them have mirrors.

Hello there! Halloween is just around the corner and if you’ve been following this little virtual space over the years, you’ll know that it is my favorite time of the year; my favorite holiday as well. I usually do special things for this time of year and this year won’t be different.

For a while now I’ve been discussing the idea of a collaboration with Nile of the Double Trouble blog that you can find on my blog roll. There’s always great visual there so it is well recommended. Not to get any further ahead of myself, we were finally able to get together and concoct a crazy visual that each of us has respectively put our individual styling too on our own spaces. You’ll have to go check out the link to see both what his finished product looks like as well as check out his credits. I think it turned out very well and look forward to future collabs.

I’ve been a bit behind with sharing some of the great goodies that came as part of the October SwagBag but I was able to show you “The Macabre Alleyway” by Modulus which is a great visual backdrop. I’m a very huge fan of this and hope that I can get more use out of it in the future.

I’ve also picked up the “Mister Meanie” set from NOMAD, which includes a mask and cleaver. For those of you who caught this when it was a part of last weeks “Fifty Linden Fridays” then you got an excellent bargain but at regular retail it’s still amazing for the price and ultra creepy.

I got a little far behind with poses and it’s just a few hours more and then the 2016 version of The Pose Fair will be finished. There were so many great singles and couples poses and I would have liked to have covered more for the event but this blogger got hit with a little bit of a setback. Most of these great items will be finding their way to their respective brands Main Stores so I’ll be able to at least get to them even though they won’t be representing the Pose Fair. I was at least able to get in one selection thankfully.

Today I bring you some new findings and usually if I do a write-up of something it’s worth it as I like to let my photos tell the story. I have been given the privilege of showcasing a designer that is new to me and is slowly making their way in the Second Life skin world. Violetility is a newer brand that specializes in fantasy skins for role-players or people who just like to be diverse with their look. Not only that but they intend to release normal human looks as well which I have also put up to see. I look forward to seeing what this store can be as the future continues. Along with that I also bring you one of the newest releases from Modulus, the “Locs” Mohawk which is a combination of a mohawk mixed in with dreadlocks for a completely unique hair style.
