Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of people posting photos from an in-world location called IASWAS. I figured it was time for me to go visit and see if it inspired me for a scene and the results of it are what you are about to see here. I didn’t expect to get immersed in fall/winter scenery this early but with most land locations changing their seasonal looks, it’ll be a more and more of a task for me to avoid it unless I find inspiration indoors.

When going through the settings as I was doing the photography for this blog entry I had a tough time trying to decide on a windlight that would work well with my surrounds. Rarely if ever do I use the one specified by the sim itself just out of habit, not like they are bad or anything like that. I just tend to stray away from that kind of thing. I ended up choosing a wintery one because of having the snow drifted mountains in the background.

Winter can bring about feelings that we may normally not have in warmer months. Sometimes people feel lonelier when the temperature drops and the the holidays bring about certain things in people as well. I think that’s a big part of the reason why I went with the song choice I did because I think we all miss someone this time of year, even people who are right there in front of us. Don’t ask me to explain it as I believe it is simply something bigger than myself.

Now that you seen different angles and closer looks of what I’m wearing you can take a little trip to the different stores and events I’ve gone to and put this look together. Also do not forget to take a trip to IASWAS because it is really a nicely put together place to explore and even take photographs. I’ll certainly be stopping by there again to seek out another location to create another scene. This was a fun adventure and I look forward to seeing you for the next one.

Hipster Men’s Event has a lot of variety as far as events go and as a part of my partnership with Modulus, I’m featuring this skin which is available in five tones with appliers for CATWA and LeLutka brand heads. With the last Modulus release I used the LeLutka head so I figured this time I’d give CATWA Daniel some love for a change. The applier itself has an option for hair and brows singly or together as well as an option to have neither of them for a clean and hairless canvas to apply your own favorite brows, hair, and beards to.

In previous looks I wore the Wool sweater which this coat is tailored to work with. They were originally a part of a past round of TMD (October if I remember correctly). I have a preference to longer coats (mid-length like this to trench coats) and the craftsmanship of this item is very well done. I couldn’t help but purchase the FATPACK when I bought it because I knew I’d really enjoy wearing this in other colors.

Yet another FATPACK I couldn’t resist at the time, I’ve only worn perhaps two of the pairs of jeans in this set. It felt like the right choice to go with a brand that I’ve enjoyed since their inception. There are still more denim colors left for me to use so who knows when you’ll see these great jeans pop up again.

You may know about my addiction for low-top sneakers but it seems like I very well may have an addiction for most shoes in general. I am picky when I need to be but it something looks good and I know it will look good on me then I won’t hesitate to make sure that I own it. These low boot styled shoes are well detailed and are very stylish. There are 5 different colors to choose from (both in base and laces) via a color changing HUD. I would recommend these for not only casual wear with jeans but they could also work in dressier situations.
